Afterglow is a beautiful creation from Blakesville Creamery in Wisconsin, they take a perfect goat button and wash it with a cherry ale. The result? A sweet, lactic, a little funky, with a cakey texture to make you swoon. Paired with Brooklyn Delhi’s Roasted Garlic Achaar, you get blasted with flavor! A sweet start and a smooth spicy finish, this pairing is one you just HAVE to try.

Cabri Cafe with Bumbleberry Chocolate Raspberry Honeycream
A sweet and savory surprise, this pairing will let you fall madly in love with a cheese that can be kinda sorta intimidating! Know Cabricharme? That savory, brothy, tart raw goat’s milk? Sometimes is so creamy and spoonable your eyes bug out of your head faster than you can control? This is that, just rubbed in coffee! What was an umami flavor bomb becomes this earthy, mossy delight that doesn’t read super funky anymore. (Coffee really does solve everything.) Paired with that, you have some chocolate raspberry honeycream. This stuff is… wow. Not as creamy as Nutella, but still oh-so decadent. When these two team up, what was a savory delight is now a little aperitif style treat.
