IT’S GOATS OF SUMMER SEASON
Lazy Lady Farm
Laini Fondilier is a pro when it comes to raising kids, she has been doing so since 1987! They are 100% off the grid and completely wind and solar powered. She loves her goats and you can taste it in her cheese. With small goat herds of about 30-40 goats she uses her experience and vast knowledge to get high quality and high yield milk. In the months when her goats are pregnant she sources cow milk from a neighboring farm. Her cheese is hyper seasonal and is only released when absolutely perfect, if you are the person that when perusing the grocery store you HAVE to have the limited edition flavor, you will love what she has to offer.

Right now we are LOVING Goat Kiss from her. A washed cheese that has an aroma that the aroma will knock your socks off but the flavor is delicate, sweet, and a little salty. I’m putting some of this with my morning eggs with some chili crisp.
Sage Farm Diary
A true sister act! Sage farm is run by sisters Molly and Kate Pindell in Stowe, VT. Kate runs the milking operation and Molly is the head cheese maker; like Lazy Lady Farms their cheeses are seasonal, Sage Farm gives their does maternity leave from January to February. You will find their fresh goat cheeses in our case over the summer, like the cutie little round of snowball. So cute you can share with your BFF or just keep one as a midday snack with some Rosemary Cookies.
Come by and ask our monger what their fav goat cheese is for the summer :)
