Yum. We love Mystic Cheese. So, who is she? At only 11 days old, this big ol’ bloomy packs a punch: creamy, salty, robust. Sometimes spreadable, but most of the time simply a delightful saline cloud. We enjoyed this with Brins’ Unicorn Jam - part of their MET series. Full of botanical and floral notes without forgetting to be fruit-forward, this jam is easily becoming a staple.

Brebirousse d’Argental with Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet Ginger Hot Sauce
Orange, are you glad about this pairing? With its bright eye catching rind this ooey gooey gal is the epitome of a sheepy wonder. What else to bring out the pop of the annatto-tinged rind than Queen Majesty’s Scotch Bonnet Ginger Hot Sauce, right? Bright lemons and ginger give this a slow building heat that is bursting with flavor.
